Robert has a Master's Degree in Manpower Studies, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, and a member of the Chartered Management Institute.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Robert had many years' experience heading up a learning and development function in a £600m turnover service business. He has designed and delivered all manner of management development programmes, assessment and development centres and coaching support for senior managers. He also spent 6 years lecturing in business management overseas.
A qualified psychometric test user and Process Improvement facilitator trained in the Deming approach, he also lectures on the Chartered Institute of Marketing's Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing.
