Bob applies a range of specialisms to the identification and development of talent, including coaching, assessment and development centres and the design of appraisal systems. He has created a large number of job simulation exercises and has also researched and applied structured scoreable interviews.

Having worked in the field for over 40 years, he is acquainted with a large number of sectors, public, private and voluntary. He has worked in the UK, North America and the Far East and has operated at a variety of levels. He is a regular speaker on national platforms and has written three books on assessment and development.
