Jacqui has over twenty years' experience of business, management and consulting, having held senior positions and directorships in banking, travel, consultancy and the voluntary sector. Her proven coaching tools and techniques come from both psychology and business and form a powerful combination with her insight, perspective and strategic vision. Her approach is positive, constructive, creative and challenging. Her main interests are in using coaching and facilitation to identify and develop leadership strengths, professional success and positive change.

Coaching across all sectors and levels, she has worked with Directors and Board members at BAE Systems, B&Q, The Engineering Employers Federation (EEF), Aerosystems International, Fidelity and International SOS, and with Vice Chancellors, Heads of Department and Managers at Brunel, Kingston, St George's, Royal Holloway and Goldsmiths Universities.
